"Burwitz- Feuerungsbau GmbH" located in Peine, is one of the leading refractory engineering companies in the Federal Republic of Germany. The company was founded by Karl Burwitz in 1949, and today can look back at almost 60 years of successful activities.
Burwitz Group works with approx. 600 employees at seven sites worldwide, including about 40 highly qualified engineers and technicians.

BRC is a joint venture of Lilama 69-3 and Burwitz Group.

Cooperation with leading suppliers of refractories led to continuous improvements of installation technologies and applied refractory products. The Burwitz Group has also implemented its own production line for pre-manufactured parts and refractory materials which can be used in nearly all industrial fields.
